Hand-to-Hand Combat

With everything that’s happening around the world these days, knowing how to defend yourself against attackers is a necessity. Here at New Wave, we teach you how to do just that! From basic self defense for kids, to full combative self defense for adults, New Wave offers everything you need in order for you to properly defend yourself against anyone wishing you harm. Our Hand-to-Hand Combat program is a non-lethal self defense system designed for real world situations in order to allow our students to control or disarm an attacker and bring them into compliance, safely and legally – and is regularly taught to local police officers and military personnel.

We currently offer our Self Defense Program around the local community, including but not limited to:  Baltimore County – Belair, Carney, Dundalk, Essex, Fallston, Kenwood, Kingsville, Middle River, Nottingham, Overlea, Perry Hall, Parkville, Rosedale, Towson, and White Marsh
